Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that the refunds will be made after the conference only.
Please refer to the following important deadline for a cancellation:
For participants who were already registered by 12.8.2020
If you are already registered and your participation at the new meeting dates might not be possible, please cancel your registration until October 20,2020. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
For all participants who were not yet registered by 12.8.2020 the following dealines Cancellation & Refund Policy apply
Until 15th of December 2020: 100% refund minus a 50 EURO administrative charge;
after 15th of December 2020 there will be no refund.
