Registration Guidelines

A confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the virtual 16th European Conference on Spacecraft Structures, Materials and Environmental Testing.
Registration to ECSSMET 2021 re-opened on 9th April 2020 and is possible only via the registration facility on this website.

BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is the external partner for participant registration and is also responsible for
the invoicing and collection of participation fees.

The following means of payment are available:

•    Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
•    Pay Pal
•    Bank Transfer

Upon the completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full.
The Registration fees for the virtual conference changend - the registration fee will be cheaper.  Participants who were already registered and have already paid the conference fee will receive a refund of the overpaid conference fees in October 2020.

The Registration fees for the virtual conference participation vary according to the registration period (Regular Bird; Late Registration) and are reduced for students.
The registration fee changes from regular to late rates as from 31th of January 2021. The late rate is bookable until 14.3.2021 .

Online registration will close on 14th of March 2021.
Upon request it will be possible to register after March 14th and pay the late registration fee. To register after 14th of March, please send your request to

Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the virtual event will not be granted the entry on the virtual ECSSMET platform. Please e-mail any amendments or cancellations regarding your participation to 
Upon submitting the Online Registration Form, each participant will receive a unique invoice number by e-mail. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.
