Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the refunds will be made after the conference only.
Please refer to the following important deadline for a cancellation:
Until 15th of December 2020: 100% refund, minus a 50 EURO administrative charge; after 15th of December 2020 there will be no refund.
